How to built the union of PPI networks for a dataset."The PPI network is to be built by the union of three PPI databases: (i) Human Protein Reference Database - HPRD2 (ii) IntAct3 (iii) Molecular Interaction database - MINT4. The resulting PPI network must have 12k proteins and 74k interactions." Is there some tool for it? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

With Cytoscape (http://www.cytoscape.org/) you can import PPI data. Applying the Network merge function performs the union operation on your data. Cytoscape allows you to analyze and visualize network properties. Look into the Cytoscape documentation:

http://manual.cytoscape.org/en/stable/Creating_Networks.html for network generation/import http://manual.cytoscape.org/en/stable/Merge.html for network merging
