Hi, I need the human transposable element sequences in fasta format. I couldn't find any track on the UCSC Table Browser that has this information. Any idea how I cat get the sequences?

From the Wikipedia list of biological databases, I found a link to Repbase, which has sequence of transposable elements and other repeats of several organisms. I downloaded the fasta file as follows:enter image description here

Unfortunately, Repbase is now subscription only for downloads, at least as far as I can see.

"Subscription access only Please subscribe to Repbase or utilize an existing subscription."
