Query glycan composition from UniCarbKB or other source... (Glycan comp. data set)

Hello,

I am looking to pull//create a data set of the composition of the glycans from the website UniCarbKB but am having trouble with obtaining a set that works with my problem. Maybe there are other databases out there that would have this information but I am not seeing it yet. Url below...

Does anyone have any experience pulling glycan composition datasets? I am simply looking for the related accession number, site and the composition of the glycan. I am looking into running a query script to pull the data once I have found the proper source.

It's not clear by what you mean by "glycan composition dataset". Are you referring to experimental data that has been assigned to different glycan compositions, or do you mean a set of glycan compositions from a particular taxonomy or protein?

Unicarb has not stabilized their third party API yet, so their data isn't easy to access outside of the web UI they provide, at least as far as I know.
