are there any working human siRNA (small interfering) databases from which sequences can be downloaded? most of them are not working. few i checked from here
What do you mean by working ? Sequences of all siRNAs in the Mitocheck database are available.
working as in db links being active. Most of the database links are not available. How can i download the siRNA sequences from mitocheck?
seq_oligo2 is the guide strand of the siRNA and seq_oligo1 is the passenger strand.
RNA Central has a ton of siRNA but no human ones. Any idea why that is so?
My guess is that RNA central is only concerned with genome-encoded RNAs.
