I am searching for mouse EDMD gene expression foldchange dataset (excel) to compare some c.elegans and human muscle diseases gene expression foldchanges.

Does anyone know where to find such a data; of genes with foldchange?

With such a tight requirement (excel) it will be very difficult to find such data. Do you accept other file formats?

Most delimited formats can be opened/copied into excel.
