Do you know any bioinfo tool or program that predict the size (how many amino acids) are cytosolic or extracellular in membrane protein?

In other words I have a batch of 800 protein sequences, they are all E.coli membrane proteins. All tools I use so far (topcons and others) predict how many TM domains are present and which domains are intracellular or extracellular but do not display the size (I can just infer it indirectly from the prediction or from uniprot database, which is fine for few proteins, but doing this one by one for 800 proteins is extensive .

So, I was searching for a magic tool that can tell me for each protein how many TMD, and the size of extracellular domain and intracelluar one.

Thanks so much

Would this be of any use? never used it myself though.
