Looking for small RNA-seq in single cell

Hey,

I'm looking database that contains small RNA-seq for single cell. Is there any resource to download single cell small RNA-seq ?

I don't think such database currently exists, given the fact that (one of) the method paper(s) (Single-cell sequencing of the small-RNA transcriptome) was just published quite recently. Looking at that, I would say such database will be there in a year or two in the best case.

Also it would highly depend on what kind of cells you want, which organism, etc. It is most probably still years from now.

These are ENCODE small RNA-seq dataset.

Unclear if any are single-cell but at least there are examples of cell types.
