Other than ExAC
and GnomAD
, are there any other public human genome databases available that are searchable?
UK10K
seems like a work-in-progress and data are not compiled (thus searchable per dataset but not searchable as a collective group of genome data). A quick google search did not find anything bigger than ExAC
and GnomAD
.
Any information will be appreciated.
Are you serious :) ? A search for 'genome databases' gets me this as first hit this list - plenty of links in there! Which leads to the question. What exactly are you looking for, it's no clear to me at this point...?
While OP could have explicitly said it, the query appears to be about
human
genome databases other than ones mentioned.@ lltommy, @ genomax, my title said that i am looking for human genomes databases. I've now made the changes in the main text to reflect that.
Ok, let me rephrase this. What can ExAC or GnomAD do what the classic databases can not do - this is what I meant with what exactly are you looking for? Because I would simply add ensembl to your list or would point you to Human Genome Resources at NCBI. But I don't believe you missed those, did you? So therefore I have to miss something...?
