Over the year PHASE tool has been considered as a gold standard for Haplotype inference. But the problem with the tool is that it is very slow to work it. They developed another tool called fastPHASE which is supposed to be fast as compared to PHASE tool. But unfortunately it is nowhere available in public domain.

Strictly speaking fastPHASE should be available in this link

https://els.comotion.uw.edu/express_license_technologies/fastphase

http://www.mybiosoftware.com/fastphase-1-4-0-haplotype-reconstruction-estimating-missing-genotypes.html

Does anybody in this community posses fastPHASE software or point me out to the link or repository where I can find it?

You have to write an email to the licensing body. The email address is in the page: license@uw.edu You tell them that you want fastPHASE and you are willing to sign the license agreement. If you work in a no-profit organization then it's free for you, and they do all very quickly. I did it a lot of time ago, but I remember it was quick. I should still have fastPHASE somewhere, but I am not able to find it at the moment.

However, would you like to try Beagle? I currently prefer beagle over fastPHASE.
