Hey all,

What databases are available out there for looking at compounds and their state of development. Need information like what state of development they were pursued, what company developed it, for what indications, and when/ for how long.

Any idea on where this data might be available... even incomplete data would be very useful ..

Thanks!!

Could you mention about disease/condition you'd be interested in for drugs?

There is Pharmaproject, but you need to pay for it.

As for open resources, maybe ChEMBL or SureChEMBL. The latter gives information of compounds extracted from patent documents. Both may be able to give at least part of what you are after.

The drugs from ChEMBL, that have known mechanism of action, are available in Open Targets, and used as evidence to associate genes with diseases integrated with other types of biological evidence. These associations are available from the Open Targets Platform and can give you information of clinical trials (whether it has been terminated or still in progress, which phase of the trial, etc).
