Suggesstion for annotating transcript asembly of a gymnosperm

I have generated a denovo assembly of a gymnosperm. I need to annotatate my transcripts now. I know it could be done using blastx and then employing GO, KEGG etc databases. Can anyone suggest me a straight forward way for executing it specifically with the gymnosperm data.
