I need an example of metilome data. Could you point me some links to download some data?

I assume that you mean methylation?

cBioPortal has methylation on various cancers and (I assume) the values are in β values, which is standard for methylation. Go here: http://www.cbioportal.org/data_sets.jsp and then add an extra column for Methylation (HM27). Then, you can see which datasets have methylation data. You can only download values for certain key cancer genes, as you'll see.

The option also exists to download data from the TCGA Data Portal: https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/
