APTANI a tool for aptamer analysis

Hi,

out of interest, has anyone got the program APTANI to work for aptamer NGS analysis, or tried to? Throws numerous errors for me. If anyone is interested I will detail them but if not then I guess this will be a dead thread :P

ok I guess not - yet another piece of 'peer reviewed' software that does not work then.. :(
