I have seen this question come up before, but maybe framing this in a new way will be more productive:
I'm studying a weird eukaryotic protist that hasn't been described before, and am using BUSCO to assess completion and content. Output of missing and found BUSCO's is without description, and difficult to navigate because of output format.
Has anyone taken the BUSCOs, found descriptions, and made a script that can give a description of the SCO that are present?
Hi,
First of all, could you please give a explanation what you exactly have performed on BUSCO? Have you run BUSCO for genome or transcriptome, and which version of BUSCO have you used?
In output directory of BUSCO, you will find several output files, including "missing busco list", "full table..", "short summary". What exactly you want to learn about output of BUSCO?
