I need to download WGS for healthy women, ideally sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2000. I intitially looked into 1000G data (http://www.internationalgenome.org/data/), but it doesn't seem to specify which machine was used for sequencing. I am interested in low complexity sequences and thus worried the machine type could make a difference to my downstream analysis.

Thank you.

Large chunks of the TCGA cohorts would have been sequenced on the 2000, and I think that information will be obtainable, buried deep in the metadata somewhere.

How about some of the CEPH pedigree 1463 data (Hiseq2000, 50x). For these, you should also find plenty of validated variant calls if you search around.
