Hello,
Does anybody know if there is a way to extend heatmap or histogram or tile data points that are a bit outside the ideogram? Trimming is not the best solution as there seems that some data is missing...
You might have to give a bit more details about your code, package used, example, ... This is not enough to allow us to help you.
I have an karyotype file with for example, chr1 0-20. In my 1st heatmap my chr size is 0-40 and 2nd is from 0-20, I want to use connectors to connect the genes, but since my 1st genome has longer chr size, it gets trimmed and data on the second heatmap is missing....
Warning* Data point of type [highlight] [0-197195432] extended past end of ideogram [mm1 0-195471971]. This data point will be [trimmed].
I do not want these to be trimmed, but to be extended...I dont really know if this is possible at al
