Fortran ?! I wonder what is the context
i am sorry , what do you mean ?
fortran is an effective but 'rare' language, it's still used as a library in Rstat. So I just wonder how nowadays, someone can use F95 for bioinformatics things. (I don't say it's bad...)
well , i am thinking of running a tool , called Tetrafor , that calculates SASA thats why i need to use F95
You can do the conversion with openbabel but that is not written in fortran 95.
i need the code in F95
You might want to explain why you need it in exactly fortran95 and nothing else will do.
thing is that i dont want to find a tool that converts files , i just want to know what code in F90 or 95 or 77 does that . too curious i suppose
