You choice of "tags" for this post seem to have no connection with the question you are asking.

See this thread for all the python resources you would need/want: Learning Python: list of resources

I disagree with you regarding tags, I mean How to use Vanilla python in such tags . as example fasta file parser with python only also GFF file with python only and so on

If you are a beginner in python (or programming), you don't need to focus on the bioinformatic part . Every tutorial will do to get you familiar with the concepts and there are a lot of tutorials out there.

Hi ahmed.humaidan_0661,

Your question is clear enough without putting the entire text in bold. As suggested by genomax please select sensible tags. These make sure that people who can help you will quickly find your question. python and tutorial could have been good choices here. The rest are just unrelated with your question.

Welcome to biostars. Interesting guidelines for posting can be found in the following posts:

I would recommend Rosalind.info for challenging yourself with python problems.

Absolutely! A great method to learn Python while picking up some biology and getting in contact with bioinformatical concepts. But perhaps following a very basic Python tutorial (e.g. codacademy) first would make everything a bit less painful.
