Phylogenetic tree visualization by Python

Would you please recommend a good Python library for phylogenetic tree visualization? There is a Python framework for the visualization of trees (http://etetoolkit.org), but its installation is not for windows. Do you have instruction on windows installation of this tool? Thank you!

I have already installed ete3 library for Windows. pip installation works fine.
