What means that?I run my sequences in DNAsp and i saw this...I think this is the final number of recombinations im my sequences? This is what i see

The way that you've executed the program will result in the search for recombination (of your specified sites) via the Hudson and Kaplan 1985 method. The part that you've put at the bottom (Recombination has been detected between sites) is the final result. I presume that your sites are labelled numerically?
