I am getting some single cell RNA-seq data for different time points. Is there a standard work flow reported for such analysis? I know there are various packages for downstream analysis of scRNA like moncol but do we process 1X data in regular RNA seq or there are special preprocessing steps involved. Thanks

You should use CellRanger if you have access to raw data.

This paper is a good start to understand differences between single cell rna seq and bulk rna seq analysis.

just wondering, can we use single cell library prep(e.g., from 10x genomics) for bulkRNA seq?
