Another question LINCS L1000 dataset column names previously helped out with information on the column names like "CPC004_A375_6H_X1_B3_DUO52HI53LO:K13".

However, I'm having trouble with determining what perturbagen was used for that experiment. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thank you.

For those like me who are wondering what is a perturbagen:

a “perturbagen” is defined as any modality (small molecule, genetic reagent, etc.) that can be used to treat cells and induce gene expression changes.

I see 'K13' - is it Kulhanek's reagent?

Someone gave me the answer: To get perturbagens: 1. go to https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE92742 2. download GSE92742_Broad_LINCS_inst_info.txt.gz
