Is there any microarray analysis visualisation package which can be used in the R environment? The package that performs both analysis and visualization. Thank you.

Curiously enough, I've just posted one here but in the context of network analysis: Network plot from expression data in R using igraph

Limma allows you to conduct normalisation, differential expression, and has basic plotting functionality, such as MA plot generation.
