Tools for quantitative comparison of differential tissue gene expression?

I am attempting to assess the expression of a gene list in blood vs brain tissue (since we use blood as a proxy). I am struggling to find a tool/ database that has quantitative data (correlation, r^2 results) that's easily comparable between tissues. Does anyone know of something like this? I am trying to prioritise genes based on similar expression levels in brain and blood.

Thanks!

Hello, why would a simple correlation analysis not suffice? You can even derive P values from a correlation test in order to increase confidence in the correlation and, then rank them based on P value (lowest to highest).

It might help to look around for papers that use what you're describing and copying/emulating their methods.
