how can I get supporting evidence for each transcript in Ensembl?

Hi,

Is there any way to get supporting evidence for each transcript in Ensembl?

I can't find this in Biomart ?

The supporting evidence is available for each transcript, if you go to Supporting evidence on the transcript page. These data are not available in BioMart. If you're looking to get these data on a large scale, you would need to look at using our Perl API, or querying the MySQL tables.

The transcript supporting evidence is found in the Transcript_supporting_feature table, the exon supporting evidence is found in the supporting_feature table.

Hi, Among the following "analysis_id" list in the "dna_align_feature" table , which one of them are considered in calculation of number of exon supporting features?

{'14','20','8165','8356','8357','8361','8364','8366','8372', '8373','8385','8416','8442','9'}

for examlpe, greatest number of exon supporting feature in this result page is 21
