Transcription Start Site for bacteria

I need to extract the TSS positions for bacterial genome. I was using BioCyc to extract the same, but currently it is asking for subscription. I need to know if there are any other database to extract the coordinates for the completely sequenced bacterial genomes.

Not sure if you have already seen this but a range of tools is available on OmicsTools that include bacterial specific tools such as FGENESB.
