Hello everyone, What is difference between Cuffcompare class code "=" or "c" ? Please help me as it has been hampering my work Thank you

The type of match between the Cufflinks transcripts in column 4 and the reference transcript. One of either ‘c’ for partial match, or ‘=’ for full match.
