Hello, everyone. I am doing some vriant calling work recently. I want to use Scalpel to analyze my data. But failed to install it on the server. I wanna know if the Scalpel coold be installed in the MacBook Pro.

And if the Scalpel is made for small indels, and don't have much effect on long indels. Thank you for your patient.
