Hi Maria Nattestad, I was trying from last 2 days to do the Lesson-08/copy_number for r plots. But unfortunately i was not able to load the data. I got stuck their. here i am posting the command line
> filename <- "Lesson-08/copy_number_data.txt"
Please suggest me where i am making mistake.
