Hello
On the RSAT (Regulatory sequence analysis tools) website there is a tool called "fetch-sequences from UCSC". I wanted to use this tool to get the sequences which correspond to coordinates I have in a bed file. If I try to upload the bed file in that tool than I get an error message which says that the upload failed. Then I opened the bed file in notepad and copy pasted everything in the window where you can paste you coordinates. The fasta file I get out of this tool is almost empty. I only get one nucleotide per coordinate. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with my bed file?
