Download Metacyc data

I wanted to do Blastp standalone by using database from Metacyc prokaryotic whole protein sequence data. How to download this data?can anyone help

Dear,

Due to BioCyc moving to a subscription model in 2016, access to BioCyc DBs other than EcoCyc or MetaCyc requires purchase of a subscription (with the exception that older versions of BioCyc are freely available).

I try many times to get these free data but I never got an answer from BioCyc team...
