Tool:prettysam: a SAM/BAM prettifier

I've written a SAM/BAM prettifier, mainly for talking about some SV reads with my colleagues and for educational purposes.

I did not really intend to talk about this tool but as my post gets many retweet on twitter, I imagine it is of interest among people handling long reads.
