I have a seminar soon about this SNP (+3725 G/C polymorphism), how can i say 3725? i will mention it many times, so everytime i will say three thousands, seven hundred twenty five?!!!! it's inconvenient and confusing, can i say it thirty seven twenty five or just numbers like 3 7 2 5??

If that is the only SNP you are going to talk about then just say once that when you refer to "SNP" it is +3725 G/C. Otherwise 3 7 2 5 may be easy to say.

+1. Go with 3 7 2 5, call it "the snip/the S N P" or give it a sensibly funny name.

I agree with Ram and genomax. I remember one of my mentors calling a amino acid as "that chap" OR "this guy" while trying to make us understand the protein structures. That perfectly acceptable and yes also adds a pinch of humour.
