Hi I have 102 samples with there unique genes list Each samples has there own unique genes. I want to visualize this genes per sample in some graphical? Is there any tool or methods to do this?
You first have to think what the message/purpose of your visualization is.
@WouterDeCoster my purpose is just to view data instead viewing single files
Perhaps you are looking for a venn diagram... Are you interested in the number of genes that are unique to each sample?
