Hello,

I have question about creating graph of results from DESeq2. I have 4 condition (control + 3 treatments), I've prepared 3 results table (comparsion control vs treatment 1, 2, or 3).

And now, I want to show results in column graphs with stanard error. If I understand correctly, column lfcSE is stanard error of log2 Fold Change. So I can make graphs with 4 columns, in first column is 0 for control sample, and next three columns are log2FoldChange + error bar with value of lfcSE.

But, I want to add some error bar for control sample too. How I can calculate Deviation of measure value for control sample?

Thanks

Pavel

There are only two columns, log2 fold change and its standard error. There should be no columns for a given group or sample, there'd be nothing relevant to put in there (if you really want an additional column then the "baseMean" could be useful for indicating base expression level...but that's it).
