Hi all,

I'm trying to visualize some CLIP-seq data (RNase E-K12 transcriptome) on IGV as a bedGraph file, however everytime I upload it I just get a flat line with no obvious peaks. I've checked the data and although the would-be peaks are small in magnitude there is definite variation.

Whats weird is it works fine on UCSC but the problem persists for IGV.

Thanks for your time Euan McDonnell

If you right-click on the filename on the left column, you can select "Group Autoscale" if you think the scaling is an issue.
