SpliceDB and SAM file

Hello all,
Does anyone have any idea of running of running python script "buildSpliceGraph.py" from spliceDB. Please tell me what is the input command to run this script.

I followed the instruction given with software and run the following command....... python buildSpliceGraph.py -a rna_dir -f dna_dir -p splice_dir -s sixframe_dir , but it produces blank file.
