Hi everyone,

I'm transitioning to a new role at the University of Chicago, and looking to help find a replacement for my bioinformatics position within the Department of Radiation Oncology. We work primarily with clinical sequencing and microarray of patient samples, immortalized cell lines, and xenograft mice models of colorectal adenocarcinoma. The role is mostly focused on developing clinically actionable molecular profiles of oligometasis.

If you're in the Chicago-land area, we'd love to chat! I'm not sure how much experience would really be required, but a linux background and maybe 1-2 years of experience with RNAseq, DNAseq, possibly ChIP, and microarray processing and analytics would be most useful.

Please feel free to comment, or message me at my gmail account mforde84.

Is the position still available? How to go about applying for it?
