Could anyone suggest how I can identify PPR subfamilies?

To identify PPR genes, I used PF01535 (http://pfam.xfam.org) as query by searching against the predicted protein sequences using the Hmmer program with default parameters. Then motifs were double checked with TPRpred tools (https://toolkit.tuebingen. mpg.de/tprpred) Now, I need to identify P and PLS subfamily members. Can someone help me please?

Hi,

I have also done a similar thing, even I need to classify PPR containing proteins. Is the classification strictly based on the number of amino acids?.

If you were able to classify, please suggest me on the same.

Thank you in advance.
