Hi all, i have done very little RNA work and wanted to know where i could find single read data for RNA seq specifically for the RSEM mentioned here:

Have a look at SRA. Lots of RNA-seq is publicly available there. Just search for what you are looking for.

In addition to the above, just wanted to add the link to GEO, since often times, publications mention it, so you may want to know that this is all related.
