I am a professor and I am trying to find a large data set for my biomedical stat class. Does anyone have an idea where to find one?
What kind of data do you want? Did you check GEO datasets?
That's a very vague request ! what kind of data are you looking for? sequence data? expression matrices? SNPs? ....

What's large? Millions of records/observation/variables? You'll need to explain your question a bit better if you expect a helpful answer.
