Does anyone know of a tool that can take MS coalescent simulator output format as input and calculate the mean absolute allele frequency different between two populations for the simulated loci?
I've simulated 100 10kb regions of two divergent populations and would like to calculate the absolute allele frequency difference at each polymorphic site and then calculate the mean across the locus. Just wondering if a tool that can do this or something similar already exists?
Thanks in advance.
I feel that it may be a better idea to contact the author (email on publication page): https://academic.oup.com/bioinformatics/article/18/2/337/225783
