Hi,

For my analysis, I want one transcriptome sequence per one bacterial strain (I need control sample, I don't need treatment samples), for all the available species/strains.

First I would like to know how many of them are there in NCBI SRA search, If I search bacteria in SRA search, I get 737310 hits!

Is there any smart way to search this?

Thanks!

p.s. then I need a corresponding NCBI reference accession ID also in the next step
