Creating pathway diagrams from xml file

I would like to ask for suggestions on how to create a pathway diagram from the set of reactions present in an XML file.

That depend how the XML file is structured. Can you give us the first lines of the XML?

You may find SBML coverters here. Also in the Copasi manual are a couple of web services mentioned.
