how to make output plot from heatmap.2 square shaped?

My input is a correlation data frame, so it is square-shaped df. I wanted the output graph to be square shaped. It currently has a rectangular shape, the width is 2 times of length. I have tried cexCol and cexRow to change the cell shape, but it does not work.

thanks. I accidentally saved the graph into png, and it is square shaped. Somehow, when I save in pdf, it not square shaped. So problem solved.
