need tutorial for blast computational algorithms and steps that blast do when pass to it a sequence and how blast do everything !!! ( because i will implement all or the most of these algorithms using java code ) so any help !!!

Late for the party, but I recommend two lectures on BLAST algorithm from University of California (lecture 1, lecture 2)
