I want to draw consensus tree for multiple input files. I am using Phylip package 3.695. By using this it is taking only one input file at a time from user. Is there any other way to do it for multiple input files using any other commands

Thanks in advance

I guess you mean you are using consense, and the input is a set of files with tree in the Newick format. You can just concatenate all files and feed this single file to consense.

If you are on linux, you can concatenate all tree files with cat *.tree > alltrees.tree. On windows, you can use type or copy to concatenate files.
