Hello everyone,

I'm trying to follow the steps outlined in the Phyluce pipeline (http://phyluce.readthedocs.io/en/latest/purpose.html), but in Tutorial II: UCE Fasing data UCE (see docs) there is a step that requires that the phyluce_snp_phase_uces script be run. Unfortunately, this script is not included in my installation, which I did using the conda package manager. However, this script is present in the GitHub repository of Phyluce, but I'm afraid this is a version in development and I'm not sure if I should install such version because it depends on several tools that would be very cumbersome to manage manually. I'm also confused about the fact that the documentation strongly suggests that we use conda to install Phyluce and, at the same time, instruct us to use a script that is not present in such an installation.

I believe this is a very peculiar problem and I'm aware that this tool is still in development, but if anyone could give me some clarification on how to solve it, I'd be very grateful. Many thanks!
