How to interpret result of summary(fit$df.prior) ? What is df.prior ? ![result is here][1] [1]: https://ibb.co/imoQ5H The commands used

plotQLDisp(fit, cex = 0.6)
summary(fit$df.prior)

What if the min and max value range is huge for eg. min=1 to max=89 Thanks

Wouldn't it be easier to just add the result in your post, rather than make us click that link first? :P

Also, please provide some context. Based on the tags this is about edgeR, some may recognize the plotQLDisp function, but wouldn't hurt to provide a bit more information.
