Proxy variants by GRCh37 position

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a tool to get proxies using chromosomal positions (GRCh37); also get the positions of proxies as output. There seems to be few using rsIDs but not the positions.

What do you mean by "proxies"?

In high LD, when using a specific tool one usually can specify D-prime or R-squared (often >= 0.8).

How about LDProxy? The other tools within the LDLink (the other tabs), help to answer similar LD orientated questions.

Thanks. I have about half a million variants, I think I will just use Ensembl's Rest API and get the positions from bioMart.
